Founders & Operators
Capital follows operators in this category. This page documents who is building the Kolshee suite, who is running the Boston pilot, and who is on the advisory bench.
This page is a publish-ready structure. Final content fills in before any investor share.
Founder
Built Kolshee from direct observation of how Arab community grocers operate in the Boston corridor: owners know their customers in a way no mass distributor can replicate, yet they pay a fragmentation tax on every order. Kolshee is the coordination layer that ends that tax.
Actively seeking a co-founder with a background in distributed systems or regional food logistics. Seat is deliberately held open until the right fit — not to fill a slide.
Pilot Operators
Five Arab grocery stores across the Cambridge / Allston corridor. The owners are operating partners in the pilot, not just customers — their identity, tenure in the neighborhood, and cultural fluency are the advantage being tested here.
Advisory Bench
We are building a deliberate advisory bench across four competencies: retail operations, food importing, regional logistics, and institutional finance. Announcements follow signed advisor offers.
Hiring Posture
We hire at a deliberate pace. Each role is preceded by evidence that the operational phase requires it. No salary inflation, no vanity hires, no team-size optics.
