INVESTOR BRIEF · PUBLIC

Food moves forward. Signal moves back.

KOLSHEE is a coordination layer for food commerce: a customer delivery app, a B2B marketplace, and free operating software for independent stores. This page is the public brief. The confidential materials — financial model, operations, risk and full deck — sit behind an access code.

STATUS Pre-launch. Zero stores live, zero orders fulfilled. Boston pilot applications are open. Every number we publish is either a named competitor figure, a stated target, or clearly labelled sample data.
01
Coordination, not replacement

Stores, suppliers, distributors and farms already exist. KOLSHEE connects them so they can work together — stores stay independent, demand becomes collective.

02
Forward product, reverse signal

Food moves forward to the customer. Signal moves back up the chain. Commerce creates data, data creates visibility, visibility creates coordination.

03
Store OS is the entry point

Free operating software for independent stores — orders, inventory, procurement, delivery. Adoption creates the connected commerce layer everything else depends on.

04
Selective infrastructure ownership

We coordinate first and partner second. We own only the infrastructure that materially improves the loop — never the whole chain.

Where we are

  • Boston pilot opening — first store applications are open now.
  • Store OS built and in product preview; Dearborn, Paterson and Houston follow on the roadmap.
  • Execution is evidence-gated: each stage opens only when the previous one is proven.
